In this video, I visit Lake Corpus Christi State Park near Mathis TX for the very first time. Lake Corpus Christi State Park park is known for its water sports and wildlife, particularly fishing, boating, swimming and bird watching. I was just blown away by the size of the fishing pier at Lake Corpus Christi State Park! I was so amazed that I had the whole thing to myself for almost a whole day! We had the pleasure of spending two relaxing days camping and exploring this wonderful Texas State Park. Leaving Lake Corpus Christi State Park was a true disappointment! We did not have nearly enough time to truly enjoy this wonderful Texas State Park. Come along with me as I explore Lake Corpus Christi State Park!
