Trail Notes

What we noticed on the ground

On our Sept 2017 RV trip we spent three peaceful nights camping at Taylor Park on Granger Lake. Located about 30 miles east of Georgetown Texas and just 10 min north of Taylor Texas, Taylor Park is truly a hidden gem for RV camping. Located on the banks of Granger Lake opportunities for fishing and hiking abound while camping in Taylor Park. I was very surprised by the small number of campers in this great park on a beautiful weekend in Sept. Taylor Park is managed by the US Army Corps of Engineers. I just happened to stumble upon this great park quite by accident and am so glad that I did! Join me on my visit to Taylor Park on Granger Lake.
