On our 2019 fall trip to Colorado Springs we spent one night Camping At Lathrop State Park. I was truly blown away by this Colorado State Park! Camping At Lathrop State Park was so very nice! There was little If any road noise and lot of wildlife! I was very happy to discover the new hike and bike path while we were Camping At Lathrop State Park, It is/was ideal for riding my high speed mobility scooter! So smooth and wide! The path completely circles the lake and is ideal for a few hours of riding your bike or taking a long walk. If you are Camping At Lathrop State Park make a point to pay a visit to the visitors center at the park entrance as there is a ton of great information to be found.
