In the summer of 2018 we traveled across the south to see family in North Carolina. On our way there we spent two nights RV camping in Kings Mountain State Park. Kings Mountain State Park is located on the northern edge of South Carolina just south of Charlotte North Carolina. The Area around Kings Mountain State Park is of huge historical importance to the history of the United States as this was where a very important battle took place, The Battle Of Kings Mountain. Kings Mountain State Park provides you with a great place to camp in your RV but be advised that Kings Mountain State Park is a bit on the rough side. Follow along with as as we journey across the South and back visiting so many beautiful different campsites! Come along with us on our fantastic trip!
