What is the best thing to do in Waco Texas? If you are a history buff there are a lot of things to do in Waco Texas and one of those is to pay a visit to the Waco Mammoth National Monument in Waco. But is it the BEST Thing to do in Waco Texas? At the time of our visit it was not crowded at all and for me that make this one of the best things to do in Waco Texas! The price was only a few dollars and the exhibit was quite a unique experience. I found the park to be very accessible with my high speed mobility scooter. In addition to the fantastic Mammoth dig exhibit the local Boy Scout Troops have created several hiking trails that I was also able to navigate on Lil Red. If you are looking for the best thing to do in Waco Texas the Waco Mammoth National Monument just might be it for you as well.
