This is a U.S. Army Corps Of Engineers Campground. Although I am a Native Texan I dont really know much about West Texas RV Campgrounds I was truly surprised by what I found at the Copperas Creek Campgrounds. Proctor Lake is a fisherman's paradise and is known as one of the best crappie fishing lakes in Texas.
