Living in Texas we dont really have to winterize our RV rather I just had to learn how to blow out RV water lines with an air compressor. Water standing in the pipes when the temperature drops below the freezing mark acts like a wedge and exerts pressure on the water line material that is brittle because it is cold and many times this will cause the water lines to split open.
