Do I need an ILIFE A12 Pro Robot Vacuum and Mop for travel?

Direct answer

If you'd like a robot that vacuums, mops and empties itself so there's less hands-on upkeep, the ILIFE A12 Pro is built around that idea. Amazon says it maps your space with laser navigation, vacuums and mops at the same time, empties itself into a station that comes with five dust bags, and works from an app, a remote, or Alexa and Google Assistant. Amazon notes it only supports a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, so check that yours is one before you buy.

What Amazon says it does

A robot that vacuums, mops and empties itself!

It uses laser (LDS) navigation and the SLAM algorithm to map your home and plan its cleaning routes.
The self-empty station comes with five 2.5L dust bags. Amazon says each bag lasts up to 8 weeks, so five bags is up to 40 weeks, and the station empties the robot into the bag after each cleaning.
The ILIFEClean app lets you set no-go zones and no-mop zones, add virtual walls, schedule cleanings, pick rooms or areas, and adjust the water level and suction. Amazon notes the app only works with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.
It sweeps, vacuums and mops in one pass. The integrated tank has a 200 ml dustbin and a 200 ml water tank, so you don't swap parts, and Amazon says that cuts cleaning time by 30%.
Besides the app, it takes voice commands through Alexa and Google Assistant, and a remote control is included.
Suction goes up to 3000Pa, with four modes: Quiet (500Pa), Standard (1000Pa), Strong (1500Pa) and Max (3000Pa). Amazon says it picks up dirt, debris and pet hair from hard floors and carpets.
In the box: the robot, the self-empty station, 5 dust bags, a remote control, a mopping bracket, a mop cloth, 2 extra side brushes, a user manual and 2 AAA batteries.
